Horrible customer service! We were told two days before our trip that they couldn't take our dog. I understand they have policies in place, but we should not be informed about the issue two days before ( especially after receiving confirmation). Additionally, we had scheduled his stay more than two months ago. The manager, Alicia, was rude and manipulated the "inconvenience " as she labeled it in trying to make me feel guilty. The Pet Hotel is clean, convenient, they treat you furry family member well. But it’s like every other big corporate owned business.....Customer No Service. The new universal mantra is well will function our jobs only at a minimum level. No out of the box thinking nor “Going the Extra Mile” sad really.
