I’ve had Nissan vehicles for 7 years now. My most recent vehicle is a 2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum. This car has been nothing but trouble with recall or faulty issues due to manufacturing. Nissan takes a long time to fix my car, I have to drop the car off and not provided with a rental (when the issue isn’t even my fault). Got into an accident Feb 10th and they stated fixing my car on the 16th. They still are fixing my car as of today March 31st. I call constantly and get stories or just tell me not ready. GEICO is no help. Can't get a straight answer. Had 5 cars come in same day as yours, ran into problems needed to order more parts, didn't pass alignment test now need to find out what is wrong and order more parts. I'll get it back someday I guess.
My salesman Yacob was wonderful! very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the process of me purchasing my first car very easy and smooth !
