I am very satisfied with the service at service department especially my service advisor Brandon who has provided me with very a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service.
Overall, a pretty poorly run shop. They always overbook, so even simple tire changes normally take the half a day. Prices are higher than most other shops nearby. Jobs are shoddy, and they regularly upsell you on things too. Only real benefits are they provide you a free Uber to and from your house.
Visited the service department today. Homan was very direct, helpful and honest. Great customer service!
I brought my Honda in for a service warranty repair, and I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received from Gurp Samra. I will definitely choose Destination Honda in the future.
