I just got my new Honda HRV with the best service and guidance from Brian and Truong. It was the best experience! Both were absolutely amazing during the whole process as well as Jennifer and Sandra. I went to other dealerships but definitely Destination Honda was the best way over the others. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and make things easier for us. We visited today.I had one of the worst experiences at Brentwood Honda, specifically with the sales manager. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and downright rude. When the deal didn’t go through, instead of handling the situation respectfully, he threw the keys onto the table and said, “take it” in a dismissive manner.
