The best paediatric audiology experience! We are so incredibly thankful for this clinic and the wonderful care our family has received. Dr. Joel and his staff are all very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much more manageable. We truly felt listened to and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend this clinic to any family looking for exceptional paediatric audiology care!
I have extreme ptsd that I have just “lived with” for years. Decided to try some customs earplugs, honestly telling dr Joel my situation was nerve racking but he was so great! Kind, caring and compassionate! That you for that :) I have been wearing these earplugs for a month and I can actually enjoy my life again. It’s been about 20 years if not longer! These ear plugs have helped my nervous system calm which is helping my chronic pain haha so thank you! You have impacted my life in many ways!
Great service. Dr Joel is great. All the staff are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing a hearing test or hearing aids.
Great experience getting help with my hearing loss. Great doctor great staff!
Went for a mold for a custom earpiece, they were very personable, quick, and had a great selection at very reasonable prices. I was highly impressed with the business and staff!
