It would take 90 minutes just to check the photes of the damage, and they didn't book an appointment right away, and even refused walk-ins. Also the receptionist is so rude. Angella suddenly ended the call repeatedly. I told her not to hang up on me, but she laughed and hung up on me again. I sent a text message not to hang up on me but my number was blocked. She needs to fix her behavior.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at first but what matters is how things turned out. When I first got my bumper repaired the colour was not quite right. I went back and spoke with the team. They redid the work and this time the colour match was perfect. My car looks great now. I really appreciate that they listened and made sure everything was done properly. Good customer service and they stood by their work. I would recommend them and would go back. Shout out to: Zoe, Raymond and Craig.
