Mustafa (body shop estimator) was extremely helpful and helped to resolve my issue very quickly!
I have been visiting Vancouver for the summer and broke a tail light right before my return home. The guys working in the parts and bodyshop were great. In the parts department Tommy and Shaheed got my part the next day. In the body shop Mustafa was fantastic. He was able to help get my Rav 4 repaired quickly so I could return home safely. I can not give them a higher compliment and am very grateful for their help.
I brought my Mazda 2025 cx5 to Burnaby Destination Toyota Body shop as my vehicle was covered with wash brush scratches from the Metrotown Mazda dealership service dept. (I went there for a simple oil change) and then hologram marks from being buffed by Silhouette Auto Body. This is my first time doing service for my car at Destination Toyota and I have to say the service they provided is way out of my expectations. I ordered the parts yesterday and went to their body shop today. The estimator Mustafa is very helpful and professional, he came up to my car in the rain and gave me some honest opinions on how to fix my car. I really appreciate the help from Mustafa. The whole service was efficient. Excellent service!
