We rented a condo on VRBO, managed by SaltWater vacations. Property grounds is great, host company is great and answered questions quickly. Pools on our side (the gulf side with the beach) were never crowded, and the lazy river (on the bay side) stayed busy mostly. The gate at the marina was tricky most days, but definitely our favorite feature of the property- to fish off of it. Having the sky bridge is super convenient to go back and forth between the sides, or to even cross the highway to go to the nearby store.
