Bait and Switch. I have screenshots of what they were offering for a rental showing the rate, what was included, and the dates. When they contacted me, the price increased 4-fold. After talking on the phone with them, and several "Honey..." from them, I was fed up and decided to report this. She commented that if this is how I want to spend my day then to go ahead. "Honey", this business is a scam.
