WORST CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCE EVER. We hired this company because they advertised an organic "NO ODOR" cleaning product/service. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00am....they arrived at 9:15am. After setting up the hoses, they immediately began spraying an overpowering strong citrus chemical product all over our home. I assumed this was the "organic" part of the cleaning process and also assumed the strong odor would dissipate after the carpets dried (we were told 3 hours).
