I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Wiebe ! I travel 4½ hours to see her, and I can honestly say she is worth every single mile. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes her time, listens to exactly what I’m looking for and never makes me feel rushed. Very disappointed with my experience. I came in for a lip flip after doing extensive research and speaking with medical professionals, expecting to discuss a treatment plan. Instead, I was left waiting alone for about 30 minutes before being told my service would cost about $100 more than expected because of the number of units they required. This was by far my worst experience. The staff were rude and completely unclear in their communication. When I asked questions, they talked down to me and dismissed my concerns by insisting they were the professionals, which was both disrespectful and unhelpful. They lied about everything and had no idea what they were talking about. I would not go here.
The provider here combines clinical precision with a genuine interest in the patient's real concerns. The consultation is a real dialogue and the treatment reflects what was said in it. I've been to medspas where the provider does the work competently but isn't really listening.
Came in for an acne consultation with years of frustration behind me and the esthetician was genuinely empathetic. She asked about my history, what I'd tried, and why some things had worked partially. The protocol she built from that conversation has been the most effective thing I've done for my skin.
