I rented Loft in Paradise for the Thanksgiving Holiday Wed-Sun for our grown children and grandchildren. I own the house across the street from this rental so it was an ideal location. Check in is 4 pm. No one was at the home. I called several times to see if the family could get door code to unload their suitcases but never received a return call. After inspecting the house and everyone selecting their bedrooms, the complaints started coming to me. So many that I had to start writing them down. The exterior was in disarray ... read more
I would not recommend. They do not answer their phone. When i finally spoke to someone about renting a home they raised the price a business day later they RAISED the price. I will look elsewhere.
We have been renting from Destin Days for over 7 years and they are excellent to work with from booking to payment. Prompt response and service for any issues, with some of the nicest homes to rent in Destin. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family anytime.
We rented from Destin Days rental and checked into the condo July 22nd. We immediately informed them that the air conditioning was not working in the unit. After 2 days they could not fix it and Bart the manager, Said that they would refund us a substantial amount of money so that we could take our family to another condo. I spent an entire day looking for another condo because they couldn't help us with one.
