Host, Cheryl st. Pe' (Destin) told me there was a travel ban that may soon be lifted upon me making a reservation and said I could cancel, which I did. Then she denied my cancellation and when I inquired with her, she said that she had nothing to do with it up to Airbnb to authorize cancellation and refund. THIS WAS A LIE! We have 4 homes that are managed by Cheryl and Rich. They take care of everything and provide 24/7 service for our guests. We were very pleased and supportive that they were one of the first to offer full refunds during the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s this kind of service that helps their guests feel secure with their vacation reservation.

Cheryl has been great in assisting us with our Airbnb issues with regards to Covid. She has gone over above what she needed to do. Highly recommend her for your vacation destination. Airbnb is horrible.

Destin Comforts has always been my go to vacation rental company. Not only have they helped me find some of the nicest houses I've ever stayed, they are a phone call away when a problem arises or if I just need local restaurant recommendations.
