Juliana has helped me through an awkward grow-out phase that was so frustrating. After she noticed some unevenness, she even squeezed me in for a trim. And it looks and feels great! Third time my daughter had an appointment at this place. First time I took her and she was less than thrilled to provide services to us. She never had a problem before that my daughter was not quite 8 the times that my husband took her. All of a sudden she's concerned that my daughter with cry too much and it would be bothersome cause she's pregnant?!! Really? Forfeited my deposit and left pissed.
