AWFUL COMPANY! Avoid these people at all costs. I should have read the reviews (the real ones) more carefully before wasting my time and money. I ended up eventually going with a different company after all sorts of excuses from these guys.
Had a tenant whose AC went out in the middle of a CPR class. Called Destin AC, and they were able to get out quick and get the system working flawlessly. The fix barely cost anything. Thanks a lot Destin AC for the prompt service! My tenant also thanks you!!
USE THIS COMPANY!! read my review below!!!!! Highly recommend Russ and Zack! I was told by 6 different AC companies that they didn’t want to touch my Lennox system or they needed to replace my whole system for $10k+. While everyone was tryna scam me for a new system, I asked Zack to come give me a quote for a new system because I thought that’s what I needed, per all the other companies. Russ and Zach are the only men I trust to diagnose and give me the direct honest facts on what’s gone wrong and how to repair it. I’ve been calling them for over 15 years. Russ has been doing AC and Fridge work for over 40 years, so you can’t find that knowledge and experience anywhere. He is tough, but honest, and he is direct in a refreshing trustworthy way.
