The hair dresser was very unprofessional and nasty she was talking about my hair in Spanish thinking I did not understand.
I’ve had two horrible experiences. First, I went for a wash and set and because the lady was having a conversation with my mom about cutting hair… she starts to cut mine. Thankfully I pulled away when I heard the cutting. I have a weird block of hair chopped up. I decided to give it another shot and asked for Karetine. They applied the kératine to the wet hair.
