Communication is lacking. I've been taking a medication for years. It's always been taken 3 times a day. Suddenly one day I call in for refills because I'm out. When I go to pick up the medication, it says 2 times a day. Not only did she get the directions incorrect, because of it, my dosage will be lower which can have an impact on my physical health.
