Amazingly, thorough care.
It took two hours to het to see her the Friday before Christmas. At no time were there more than 10 people in the waiting room. That was a bit disappointing. However, once I got in to see her, she was great. Attentive, listened well to what I had to say with all the history relating to the problem and why I was therefore worried. She examined the problem, analyzed it with what I had related, and put my worries to rest.
