Booked a consultation & appointment with FATHIA BOUSSAU, at the consultation she told me the price would be $170 and charged me $190 without notifying me. During the appointment instead of the color I picked, she chose a different color. When I called to fixed the mistake she said she picked the one she liked. Jerome has been doing my hair for more than a decade and I have never had a bad experience. He’s so thoughtful and meticulous — not just doing great work but understand my hair making whatever vision I have work for me. He even did my wedding hair and it was hands down the most complimented part of my look all day.
I have used Jerome and Franck for over 15 years. I would not go anywhere else. Jerome is the master of haircuts and blow drys. Franck is the best hair colorist. Can’t say enough.

He is professional, skilled, and pays great attention to detail. He always takes the time to understand exactly what I want, and the haircut turns out even better than I expected. Jerome did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. He is incredible. Franck did my color and it was perfect. The salon is a great place to go.
