This is a fantastic salon! While the prices are a bit higher, the quality of service is absolutely worth it. Magdalena is my go-to stylist; she consistently delivers exactly what I want in terms of color and haircut. I appreciate her understanding and expertise. In fact, all the stylists I've observed appear highly skilled and professional.
I hesitated for several month to share this review and photos because I respect small businesses, but my unfortunate experience at Dessange hasn't sat well with me. I had previously been a satisfied client of Franck, who typically did my balayage. However, after a mix-up with an appointment, Franck was unavailable, and Mano, another stylist, offered to color my hair. the only place in DC area I come back to for a haircut and can entrust my hair. they know what they are doing and always deliver the quality Dessange is known for.
