Rather rude and unhelpful!
Helpful but a little pricey!
After the storms came through a couple weeks ago, my pool got away from me. The water was very cloudy and it was eating chlorine over night, I put 4 bags in from ace one evening, the next day there was zero, I poured 3 gallons of liquid in and the next morning there was zero. If I would have just taken a sample to these folks I could have saved $50 in chemicals that just disappeared. Come to find out, not all bags of shock are the same, look at the ingredients.
