Super nice people, but I went for a balance and rotation and my car was shaking and pulling at 65 mph. Come to find out, all tires were unbalanced and two of my wheels lug nuts were cross threaded. Thankfully, I was not charged that day due to the time they spent getting my vehicle done. Someone let me leave like that so I won't be back.
I went in to have my Tpms sensors checked. I've called around to a few places to have this service done and all except this place charged a diagnostic fee,the guy who helped me even selected the parts I needed,for me. He then asked me to come back when they had arrived unfortunately they were unreadable so I had to return them. The guy was super helpful and truly felt sorry for the parts not working as advertised. This place by far is the worst location. It took the almost 4 hours to get my truck in shop and get it aligned . Then when they were done it drove worse than before so I had pull it back in and fix it . Need less to say, I brought it somewhere else. Now my truck does try to drive me pff the road.
Best in the business for an alignment..
