The coordinator is very unprofessional. He rarely replied my email on time and threw a strong attitude when I raised the concern of late arrival of my stuffs. The coordinator asked me "what is your problem with the delivery date?" It sounds like they totally owned me since they already asked me to make the payment. They charged extra storage even though it was their problem to slip the loading date but still it showed on my final bill.
