Very unprofessional. Never shows up on time . Doesn’t return calls . Abandons jobs
I hired this company to fix my bulkhead. They did the job for a good price. Nice guy running the business with a happy attitude. Informative and seemingly helpful. However, nothing happens when he says it will. He could be anywhere from 2 hours late or a complete no call, no show. It’s very disruptive to make time in your work and home schedule to be available them and then they no show or randomly get there at 5 or 6 pm and you have to cancel your plans. It’s too bad this business has a 1 star rating. The owner is an honest human, and in the world of homes remodeling/construction it’s pivotal. Homeowners please don’t allow the negative review deter you from contacting him for service. 100% confident in his ability, level of professionalism and quality of work.
Desousa construction did work in my home. The owner is friendly and honest. The communication with him and his team is on point. The work is amazing and better than i imagined. The prices were also great. If you want a great construction team for remodel work, repairs or new construction. Call desousa construction and remodeling.
Spent over an hour on the phone with him initially with him talking himself and his company up about trustworthiness and showing up or communicating and not cutting corners, going over history of his company, etc. Never confirmed appt initially on the day he said he would. Had a family emergency and couldn't make the first appt (found out after appt time). Family emergency apparently extended to the next day and he didnt know this until after that appt.
