Was told they would come help with snow shoveling and ghosted me. Im disabled and needed the help now im left without help. Dont say you will help disabled people if you just ghost them! What an 🫏

I hired this company to fix my bulkhead. They did the job for a good price. Nice guy running the business with a happy attitude. Informative and seemingly helpful. However, nothing happens when he says it will. He could be anywhere from 2 hours late or a complete no call, no show. It’s very disruptive to make time in your work and home schedule to be available them and then they no show or randomly get there at 5 or 6 pm and you have to cancel your plans. Desousa construction did work in my home. The owner is friendly and honest. The communication with him and his team is on point. The work is amazing and better than i imagined. The prices were also great. If you want a great construction team for remodel work, repairs or new construction. Call desousa construction and remodeling.
