I used to go to Desotos years ago, then came back recently on a more regular basis. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful and the people who help me are always so nice, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly!! Their jewelry is absolutely stunning they do fantastic jewelry repair & sizing. Thank you all!!!!

I dropped my ring and one of the prongs became loose making the whole setting loose. I called NINE different jewelers around my area and NONE had in-store jewelers. Luckily I called and was assured they could fix it if the jeweler came in (because it was a Saturday,bless him) and THEY DID!!! 20 bucks later, im VERY pleased with the flawless result and the immediate service. Thank you so so so much!!

DeSoto Jewelers deserves 10 stars. I have been dealing with them and Caleb for a few years. I’ve purchased jewelry from them, had repairs done and Caleb created a beautiful pendant from a prior wedding set I had. Everyone there is always pleasant to deal with and gives personal service. I highly recommend DeSoto Jewelers.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the jewelers who created our custom wedding bands! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. They crafted two completely custom bands that fit our engagement rings perfectly. The fit, the design, everything exceeded our expectations.
