This place is the worst. I called to ask to see if they do appraisal and they said yes. I assumed appraisals are free. The lady never told me til I get there that there is a fee. Then this guy comes out and he's talking very fast. I don't mind paying but be up front before I come all the way down there. Don't appear sneaky moral of the story. Wish I had half a star don't go there.
