I want to say a big thank you to Susan in the Olive Branch office. She went above and beyond to assist me with a title transfer. Thank you Susan.
All the employees seem to want to do is talk, huge waist of tax money in my opinion. I went in and they told me they were not able to help me tag my camper because I did not have a title but do have a bill of sale. They basically talked for 10 minutes about a soccer game ignoring the fact I was waiting to be seen and then I'm told this BS too. Smh. Wish they would put people in there that aren't lazy.
You just can't go wrong here. I love the staff and all the lady's in there have always been so friendly to me. It's like a family vibe. No attitudes not even when their busy. Awesome service!!!!!!!!!
