First, all the pool supply companies we tried to contact, whose ad said they were open on Saturdays, Desoto County Pools was the only one that actually returned our calls. As a rookie pool owner, we needed some guidance regarding issues with our pool. We visited Desoto County Pools and the lady, whom I assume is Peggy Raburn, one of the co-owners, provided excellent customer service.
