This was our first time on Tybee Island. It rained the whole time, but their great staff, clean rooms and proximity to the beach made it a great time. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of August. We had some issues with our first room, (mainly the view as we were in a side-room). After the first night we inquired about an ocean facing room. Kirby, ( I hope the spelling is accurate. ), was working and assisted us into a room more to our liking. I can honestly say she was incredibly helpful and very personable. We booked this room because it said it had an Ocean front view, well yea with the other sections of the hotel on either side of us we had a view of the sides of each building with a portion of an ocean view. When we requested a room with an Ocean Front view we were told it was going to be over $300 more and they were unapologetic about the misleading statement when we booked the room! Do not stay here unless you want anyone to have access to your room. Someone came to the front desk and said they knew me and what room I was in (they didn’t know me other than my name). The girl at the front desk made this person a key that opened my door without me knowing and without calling to verify if that was ok or if I knew this person. When this card was made it deactivated my cards to my room which I didn’t know until I got to my room and they didn’t work. When I got to my room, a key card was sitting in front of m... read more
