Garden rooms look good when you first walk in but once suns out of eyes it looks more like flea market left over furniture and maintenance sucks. Holes not patches, boards holding windows up, water pressure sucks and you can hear everything from floor above

Tybee is the best
This property has 3 choices on where to stay...there is the hotel, the B & B, and the Beach Garden rooms where we stayed. The Beach Garden rooms (they have 3 of them) are attached to the building that has the B & B. Two are on the left side of the building and the other at the right front corner of the building. We were in the North Beach Garden room, which was on the side of the B & B. It was big with a living room, bedroom (king bed), kitchen, and bathroom.
