Top shelf experience. I was a complicated buyer with multiple trade in's against one auto. Drake and team handled it with ease. Good value on the trade ins and they had the very best price on a quality used vehicle within my search of a several hundred mile radius.
Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had and this is my 11th car. They gave me a quick and great trade in value, open and honest when answering questions, supplied carfax reports for free, and extremely competitive prices on their cars. There was no point where I feel rushed or pressured, only respected. Cade was fantastic and I will absolutely do business with these guys again
If we could rate it a zero we would! The sales rep CADE is dishonest and does not follow through with simple procedures like having a car detailed and clean when purchased. He was rude and hung up on us during an actual conversation that we were having only after I sent documented emails on the issues. and promises once he had the check for the sale do not trust them record them and get every little thing in writing. This was by far the most seamless buying experience ever. Drake helped me secure the best financing possible, as well as getting me a great deal on a Tesla. He took the time to show me all the tips & tricks for the best settings & using full self driving. There were no extra fees or accessory add ons. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.
