I don’t have enough good things to say about De Soto motors and Drake. Prompt returns to all phone calls, emails and text. Made a purchase here as simple and efficient as possible. We took a test drive. He even let me take it to a mechanic next to the dealership to answer questions and concerns I had about what I was seeing or hearing in the car. Excellent experience, Drake was amazing to work with, they were very accommodating. Probably the best car buying experience I've had. We bought an Alfa Romeo Stelvio for my daughter and the price was below bluebook and there were 0 issues in taking the car to OP to be checked out, Where it passed with flying colors.
This place was a breath of fresh air after shopping all day. Helpful but not pushy, patient and thorough. Much better experience than with the big dealerships and we found our perfect truck!
Drake and the team were super helpful! Bought a 2019 VW Passat. Transparent and efficient. Didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t want. Secured better financing terms than Carmax. Very pleased.
