This is the most dishonest, unprofessional, rude customer service I have ever seen in my life. Take your truck there for diagnosis and they'll break it for you to give you one and then not want to fix it at their cost. I highly recommend that you do not go to DeSoto Auto Mall. The managers are rude, their liars and their service department shouldn't get a star for anything. Ford should shut that dealership down and everybody that works there. They have a negative star rating with me. I highly recommend not going there
My husband purchased a Jeep from this dealership in July 2025. When issues started coming up, we reached out because we were explicitly told we had a warranty. We were even emailed documentation stating the vehicle was covered. Now that the Jeep is no longer working, the dealership is suddenly claiming there is no warranty at all, completely contradicting what they put in writing. The DeSoto Ford dealership has exceptional service from the time you step onto the lot until you drive away. I walked in and was instantly met by Jacob who listened to everything I had to say from what I wanted to what my payment should be. He only showed me what I asked for and Anthony the finance manager went above and beyond with customer service to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Jacob was friendly and made the process smooth. We went here last weekend looking for a specific vehicle. They weren't able to help us that day (they didn't have what we needed in stock), but their sales rep Greg really took his time trying to help us and was great!
