We have an older PT Cruiser that was leaking fuel. They fixed it and when I picked it up and drove away, it still had the same fuel smell. They took it back and found that the line from the fuel tank had a rusted area that was leaking fuel. They fixed it and did not charge us anymore for the final fix. We love Desoto Auto Mall!
I came in with my partner specifically to purchase a used vehicle we had seen several ads for online. We called ahead and asked if the vehicle was available and were told yes. We arrived and were shuffled around and then finally told they had "Good news and bad news." They then took us to view a vehicle that was in service and had the engine torn apart. Bought a used car from Desoto Auto Mall in Arcadia and my salesman Jerry and the GM Anthony worked with me to get me the deal I wanted. Also, Luke in the finance dept. was very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. No high pressure sales and the experience went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend taking the drive out to see them and see if they can't get you the deal you want!
