Bought a used car from Desoto Auto Mall in Arcadia and my salesman Jerry and the GM Anthony worked with me to get me the deal I wanted. Also, Luke in the finance dept. was very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. No high pressure sales and the experience went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend taking the drive out to see them and see if they can't get you the deal you want!
I recently purchased a new Ram 2500. While the dealership initially provided excellent customer service during the sales process, that level of support disappeared after the deal was closed. Since then, I've been trying to cancel an extended warranty for over two months, with little to no response from the finance department.
