I bought the most expensive units they offer and they left huge holes in the walls all over my house. 🤬🤬🤬 I would have been able to easily repair the holes but they took the drywall with them‼️ I called to speak with management and was told that this is standard procedure. I asked about the drywall they took and the Manager stated that he would have someone deliver drywall that never appeared. I paid for HVAC Maintenance and I have yet to see anyone show up to change a filter. TRASH
