I’m here on a Saturday and is seated near the Medical Records (right in front of the Pharmacy Window). I do appreciate that they are opened on the weekend, however, the Pharmacist and Tech would be more efficient if they were not constantly chatting. There’s a room full of folks waiting to pick up their prescription.
The people that work here are very nice and do the work efficiently. If you do not use their QR code make sure you make enough time to wait for a good while. If you do use the code it’s less time waiting and they text you when your medicine is ready for pick up. I’m giving it a five star for their people that work there and not based it on the wait time. You don’t want to wait use the QR Code.
Expect to be here for at least 2 hours no matter what your picking up
The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are really nice but the wait times are horrible! I was told it would be a fast in-and-out type of situation but ended up being stuck here for over two hours! Very frustrating! Not enough staff for the number of people they have coming in.
This the most convenient clinic for service members and their families, specially for those who live on post. It provides most primary care services on business days and hours. The only inconvenience is that they Emergency Room is not 24 hrs and only opens on business days.
