First and foremost, the showroom was packed with every model Caldera sells, which is tough to find. Secondly, the staff (Scott and Glenn) were more than helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The delivery was on time, if not early (which is very appreciated with my hectic schedule), and the service techs were thorough, polite, and most importantly, clean.
