I can't say enough good about Micheal and Laura Desmond. Prompt response every time. Extremely polite. Extraordinarily kind and helpful. Not to mention the most important part... I can't speak highly enough about Desmond's customer service. Above and beyond. We've had them out twice to fix our water heater -once ended up not even being a water heater issue but they still helped diagnose, fix and throughly explain the underlying issue. Would highly recommend!
Quality work, no leaks. Experienced and knowledgeable about plumbing products & brands. Good designer of plumbing systems. Replaced hot water heater, pressure tank, kitchen faucet + disposal + drain, outside frost-proof hose bibs, water filter, sink drain and shower fittings. Billing is reasonable and accurate.
Most excellent! Knowledgeable, fast and efficient.
