I can't say enough good about Micheal and Laura Desmond. Prompt response every time. Extremely polite. Extraordinarily kind and helpful. Not to mention the most important part... I can't speak highly enough about Desmond's customer service. Above and beyond. We've had them out twice to fix our water heater -once ended up not even being a water heater issue but they still helped diagnose, fix and throughly explain the underlying issue. Would highly recommend!
