Desmi aka Rotan pumps have poor quality control, poor sales support, and a lack of commitment to satisfying customers. Was recommended Rotan gear pump for molten chemical service. Pump fails and must be repaired every three tankers. Have followed every recommendation from ex rotan sales manager Charles W.. have experienced no improvement in operating time. Paying full price for repair parts and replacing insulation every time the hazardous molten material leaks. Do not purchase Rotan Pumps

At first I thought it was a great place to work, the more time spent there the worse it got. Marcelo Pena doesn't know how to do his job which is production management, doesn't know how to talk to his employees. I would test pumps per procedure they would fail the tests, Marcelo Pena would change data to make them pass, after the product got to the customer they would say it didn't perform as it should.
