We had a service warranty with Diamond Chevrolet on our car. After 7 years they refused to help us. We went to Desmarais (with no appointment) and Jess was very helpful and the mechanics looked at it immediately and got us running and on our way. As soon as we trade in our Chevy for another car, Desmarais is our permanent auto repair shop moving forward. Will highly recommend them to everyone we know.
Can't say enough about this Place. From the moment Jess answers the phone to the time she calls back with a diagnosis and a quote is spot on. Never any gimmick. True story I had a jeep that another local mechanic told me the engine was junk (after being at his place for a week) which didn't sit right with me, so I brought it to Desmaris, low and behold a $300.00 part and good to go.
