The only negative in a large home reno has been from Deslaurier. After spending 65K on kitchen cabinets, the installation has been a complete mess. The installers left without even telling us that the reason all the drawers were left in piles on our floor ( where they still sit BTW) was because NONE of them fit. Other specifications outlined in the detailed plans were also not done, leaving it impossible for the other trades to complete their work. The entire personnel was engaging, knowledgeable and true professionals. Their attention to detail and their dedication to service delivery and customer satisfaction is to be commended.
