Desjardins Sécurité du Bâtiment, (Yes, I'm sure it's this company I'm talking about) was not a good service, from the start it took multiple months to get a technician appointment which was frustrating but understandable, the biggest flaw was the communication when they needed to come they made an appointment for us on a Tuesday at 7am they never showed up. Call center is very polite and helpful All the Technicians I've had the pleasure to meet understand there industry very well. In our case they solved the issue we had despite the challenges of an older more complex alarm system. Highly recommend Jeff
