These guys have had my cheque for over 2 months now. Every time I call they tell me this week my money is coming, but yet I have received nothing because every time I call they say the same thing. This is the worst company to be with absolutely horrible stay away from these guys. U guys might as well open up a scam centre
Worst claim experience ever. They lie, they ignore you for weeks and they don't pay. Go anywhere else this is not who you want to be insured by. This definitely isn't your State Farm anymore, run!
Poor service, every agent will give different explanation for your problem and from the way they work it is clear they are not properly trained. High charges and poor service. Do not get services from them it is really hard to contact them and get a clear answer. Agents are not helpful at all. I regret choosing them.
