We walked by the bank 10 min ago when my 6-year-old son needed to use a restroom. After we exited the bathroom, the employee at Station #6 immediately stated that the restroom was strictly for customers only. While I respect the bank's policy, the employee's tone was highly unprofessional and unnecessarily rude when addressing a parent with a young child. Customer service should maintain basic courtesy, regardless of the situation.
