I received excellent service from Stephanie, who was very kind and professional. They speak all three languages: French, English, and Spanish. The atmosphere is very welcoming and professional. I recommend it 100%!
La pire banque ou vous pouvez faire affaires. Leur système n'est même pas capable de garder plus que 2 ans de relevé bancaires. Et si vous demander les années antérieur, il vous charge des frais. Sans compter les autres problèmes que nous avons eu dans le passer. Je ne recommande pas du tout
I don't understand why Canadian snowbirds still use that bank. It is NOT related to Desjardins in Quebec (They will say yes until they will say no, try to understand!) . The service is non existant and they close at 4!!! Don't try to talk to someone if you need any help, it won't happen. They make everything so difficult. I encourage people to look for other banks to do banking. Don't get me wrong. I love Desjardins in Quebec. But this is NOT the same! Not even comparable
