“Rodelin il serre a rien!” Je suis generalement contente de Desjardins mais je dois avouez que j’ai beaucoup de problème a utiliser ma carte débit pour faire des transactions. Presque à chaques fois que j’essais de faire une transaction, mon compte est bloquer et il faut que j’appelle pour la faire debloquer. Pas super pratique d’appeller a partir d’Hawaii avec des heures d’ouverture jusqu’à 4pm dans l’est. We walked by the bank 10 min ago when my 6-year-old son needed to use a restroom. After we exited the bathroom, the employee at Station #6 immediately stated that the restroom was strictly for customers only. While I respect the bank's policy, the employee's tone was highly unprofessional and unnecessarily rude when addressing a parent with a young child. Customer service should maintain basic courtesy, regardless of the situation.
