They took care of my Tuxie Cat with upmost love and care for my feisty little Happy Very reasonably priced; they made sure you approve of the work to be done with itemized breakdown of the costs involved and let you make informed decisions. My dog recently had a tumor removed, I noticed that the area of surgery looks concerning so I reached out to schedule a check up. I’ve never encountered a rude caller who degrades clients and concerns. The caller who appears to be the Office Manager DOESNT KNOW how to communicate with people. Maybe consider a different career, your rudeness makes vet medicine ugly. Not to mention, this caller hangs up on me with no explanation. Straight rude. Access Pasadena would never.
This is an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited veterinarian clinic. They treat dogs and cats with professional expertise like the pets are our own family members. The doctors and medical assistants are very compassionate and competent, even though our dogs and cats show reluctance in getting into the car once we tell them ahead of time where we're taking them to. If I could give this place less than a star I would. My dog has been having issues with one of her anal glands, I came in 2 months ago, the vet said it looked to be healing already and told me to go home and monitor it but to come back in 2 weeks to do an expression and go from there. It got worse I still brought her in 2 weeks after to try and do the expression but the vet saw her said she needed antibiotics now and only did the expression for one gland and sent me on my way.
