The reason I decided to write this is because YEARS later and I mean YEARS! I am still cleaning up a mess that started with horrible representation from Desiree. My case was in 2012 and some of the residue of the piss poor job by Desiree still effects me and unfortunately my baby girl. I fired Desiree after first & foremost her not working for my success. She some how thought it was a good deal for me to give my ex everything we shared and $1,000 in child support, plus the little bit in my retire 401k from Century Link. LoL.... read more
I hire Desiree on my child custody case. She was AMAZING! She was able to combat all my ex's lies and was amazing in court!! Very quick on her feet and professional. I couldn't be happier with how she handled my case! Anyone who needs a good attorny should meet Desiree!
Desiree is EXTREMELY bias. She seemed to have already made up her mind before I entered the room. She is the absolute WORST person I have spoken with in my case. She has yet to interview ANYONE else. she is very rude, condescending, unprofessional and should absolutely NOT be a G.A.L She does NOT listen to facts. She voices and believes solely in her own opinion of things. Desiree Hosannah was the 2nd GAL in my case, and should be brought up on criminal charges. She is allowed to blatantly lie in court, examples claiming I refused to contact her or cooperate in the investigation yet with all the cell phone records emails and date stamp documentation from her office I had as factual proof, she continued to lie with no consequences and the judge, Gerald Johnson allowed it. Hired Desiree to help w/an adoption case. My husband wanted to adopt my son, it was uncontested and it took Desiree forever to get the paperwork in. Overall the process took 6 months. When I would call to get updates on the case I would have to call for a week to 2 weeks straight before I would hear anything back. Then the day of the actually adoption, she doesn't even show up to the courthouse. She sent a different attorney, a Friend of hers. She had no idea what she was doing.
