Being a more mature female, with plenty of extra curves having never attended a Yoga class, Desiree was very welcoming & she makes me feel confident. I like going to her classes, i always leave the class feeling totally relaxed
Yoga with Desi has been incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable, calm and really poaitively enforces what yoga is about - you. I have thoroughly enjoyed every class with her and cant wait to do more!
I am really enjoying Desiree's classes. As a beginner I have found these classes very manageable; although anyone at any level would find them beneficial. Desiree is an excellent instructor that obviously knows her craft well. Time well spent in a busy week.
Love attending Desiree’s classes. Always leave feeling motivated and revitalised. She is such a warm and welcoming person, highly recommend!
