They are kind and understanding. I struggle w scheduling and never do they complain. They absolutely adore The WoobieCat! He gets so much love and affection, I never worry about how he will be treated if I cannot be in the room. I have known Dr Garthe for 25-30 years+ I went looking for her again, THAT is how much I like and trust her as a vet! She is SO thorough and knowledgeable. My senior cat injured his back and developed a limp tail, and we were worried about potential nerve issues. Paradise Point was able to get us in the very next day. The vet and staff were thorough and clear— they walked us through possible diagnoses, what symptoms to watch for, and treatment options. We did cold laser therapy on the hurt spot in his back and were sent home with pain management. He’s now back to normal, and having a diagnosis and knowing exactly where he was hurting helped us care for him and prevent flare-ups... read more
