Thorough, kind, great care. They were running late due to an emergency, but that was explained and I could either wait or reschedule.
I came into the clinic a few weeks ago for ongoing issues and had a very pleasant experience at this vet, especially with the staff - they are always friendly and go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. A special thank you to Nick as well because he was incredibly empathetic and made us feel comfortable with the situation. He made what could have been a stressful and sad visit much easier to deal with and his genuine concern for both our pet and our family really stood out! CALLED TO GET A SCRIPT FOR MY DOG FOR FOURTH OF JULY BC fireworks....... 3:00 yes it was last min but I had forgotten. Anyways the guy says ill put it in and ask the Dr ..... 2 hours later I call to check... Oh Idk Im still waiting for someone.... What??? Im calling back @5:00 you close at 6:00 and you cant tell me if I can get the script??????? Oh well we are going to be here way past closing g which is 6:00 ..... Finally calls me back at 6:40pm unacceptable.... And says sorry we are not going to be able to fill the script…... read more
