Amazing!
Not only did they book me a “comprehensive exam” when I only wanted a tech appointment, I am beyond disappointed with how Dr Garthee handled my nervous dog. She did everything wrong possible because I (a dog groomer) would NEVER act how she did with my nervous dog by grabbing his leash out of my hand, getting in his face and dragging him away from me. I started taking my cat, Henry, to Dr. Casey in late November/early December 2024. I wanted to find an integrative/holistic vet after my previous integrative vet moved out of the country. Henry and I both LOVE Dr. Casey! She and the rest of the staff answered all the questions I had, and were so attentive to mine and my cat's needs. The best experience I have ever had at a vet. Came in for an injury on my kittens back leg, made an appointment same day as I didn’t want to leave out of town without her being seen in case her wound worsened while I was gone. The level of care, patience and time that we received from the vet tech and the vet made me feel so comfortable. They were to the point but also so friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed. Rounder is always well cared for by Dr Garthe and her staff. Rounder is difficult but they take care of hm whether he likes it of not! Caring and compassionate!
