I can't speak to how the services are, but we made an appointment for a consult for therapy for the 22nd. They charge you the full $285 fee up front. Totally fine with that, except we had to say goodbye to that pet days later on the 14th. I let them know that same day we had to cancel and the reason why- we never heard back from them. We've taken our dogs to see Dr. Garthe for nearly 20 years and she is the best! Over the weekend, our old dog (18 year old Aussie) seemed to be in a lot of pain. Paradise Point worked us in right away. Our AUssie had an ear infection and she also has arthritis. We were given meds for both. I could tell my her behavior and eyes that she was feeling better the next day. I can't recommend Dr Garthe enough!
The staff were all great! The two at the front desk, the vet tech and the Vet. I will definitely be bringing my Tootsie there for all her beer needs.
