April is great always available to help when needed.
I've been doing a weight loss program with this spa. They are very quick to respond to my emails to take $$ but won't respond and ghost me when I informed then I recieved only 50% of the product. Which is almost $180 worth of product. The lack of communication and ghosting me instead of apologizing and replacing what they owe me is extremely frustrating to say at the least. I've had rosacea for a couple of years now, and nothing really helped much until I started seeing Kate here at Desired Image Medspa. She recommended me a simple skincare routine which produced positive results in a matter of weeks and continues to get better every day. Her setup is professional and clean, and I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I visit her workplace in person!
