Not happy how our last interaction went. Total lack of respect. Unprovoked and unprofessional and lack of empathy. I’ll give an extra star because overall their work is good, but their business skills are subpar in customer service and taking accountability for their screw up. Such a great shop!! Guys are quick and make a great job!
With my family Came from fort St. John with my motorhome had issues with cummins engine those guys (3) were almost to shut their doors for the day but they drove me into shop and start digging into the problem. Didn’t let me stand outside in the hot sun let me stay inside my motorhome and plus allowed me to run my gen for A/C , about at 12:30 midnight problem was solved and charged me very humane amount. Million stars twards them I suggest to everyone drive in and get ur stuff done in that shop 👍
