Horrible experience. Permanently messed up my hair. DO NOT COME HERE
This was the WORST haircut I’ve ever received and they completely messed up my hair. I asked for the simplest cut possible — shoulder length layers / curtain bangs — and they made it way too short and choppy. The lady who cut it kept Insisting it was because of the picture I showed her, but the layers didn’t blend, ended at my eyebrows, and basically made an unfixable mess. While I was in the salon, another girl showed up crying because they messed up her eyebrows. Ridiculous. Do NOT come to this salon.
I have been going to the Frisco location for over a decade and recently switched to the McKinney location. I went in asking for someone that knows how to handle sensitive skin. Reshmi was awesome, professional and knew exactly what I needed. Reshmi is my go-to person from now on
my favorite eyebrow work ever! i forgot the girls name that did my eyebrows :( she was there on wednesday morning 04/01 she was super sweet and gentle i believe her name was Puneeta
