I highly recommend DND Fitness! The trainer is very accommodating, professional, and effective. He works with you based on your goals and fitness level while still pushing you to improve. If you stay consistent with the program, you’ll definitely see a huge transformation. Great experience overall!

Louis has been very professional and prices are reasonable. Training has been fun and if you do what you're supposed to do you will see results immediately. I like this gym plus they work with your schedule. Definitely a A Plus.

I’ve just started working with my trainer Lou and the experience has been outstanding. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals and built a plan that actually works for me. The workouts are challenging but realistic, and he push me to improve while still paying attention to proper form and safety. What really stands out is his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to keep me motivated.
