In my 29 years of working out, I have had multiple trainers and Louis has surpassed all of them in his method and manner of training. I felt I needed something more challenging to take my exercise to a whole new level and Louis has provided what I needed. Each workout is different and has proven to be just what I need to increase my endurance, flexibility and strength. Louis is a great trainer.
Louis is very knowledgeable about what it takes to get YOUR body type into shape. He assess his clients well, learns their habits and develops a plan to get you into the shape you want flawlessly.
Life transforming workout! The best words to describe this training. I would highly recommend the service to anyone the gym is clean and workout life changing.
