Louis has been very professional and prices are reasonable. Training has been fun and if you do what you're supposed to do you will see results immediately. I like this gym plus they work with your schedule. Definitely a A Plus.

I’ve just started working with my trainer Lou and the experience has been outstanding. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals and built a plan that actually works for me. The workouts are challenging but realistic, and he push me to improve while still paying attention to proper form and safety. I was one of Louis senior clients and I must say his workouts are very intense and they work every muscle in your body even the ones you forgot all about. He helps you reach your golds. He is a highly qualified and excellent trainer. He can train anyone if you just give him a chance and help get you fit and stay on track. Don't wait any longer give them a call and see the results. I have attended sessions at Desire and Dedication Personal Fitness Center. Louis' sessions have taught me how to create a varied and effective workout. Louis explains why we're doing and what we're doing. He is very proactive, too! He also provides good information about healthy eating. He is very knowledgeable, motivational and very devoted.
