First of all, this review is long overdue...my husband and I got married in December at one of the beachfront hotels in North Miami. We were very inexperienced in general when it came to party planning, and we didn't know exactly what we wanted in terms of decorations, colors, etc. The hotel recommended "Designs with Art" and said they had worked with them before, so we setup a meeting with Flor at her office.
