Terrible customer service as well as workmanship. We as realtors are required to order signs through this company for a local community HOA guideline. The signs alone with sign and post are over $500. I started calling this company in July and they stated they would send me a work up with pricing to get my sign going. After 2 weeks of no return calls or emails my property sold. Fast forward to September another listing needed a sign and I reached back out for 2 weeks until I finally reached someone. Designs Now has ruined close to $1000 worth of Carhart and UnderArmor shirts that we have taken to them for printing. The first excuse on a bad batch of shirts was an adhesive problem (the shirts looked like they were burned with an iron). The told us to take the shirts home and wash them and the adhesive would come off. It did not. The shirts were ruined and designs now offered no compensation or reimbursement. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!!! The team is EXCELLENT, Pricing was perfect and the work that they did on my vehicle was Beyond what i could of imaged! I will not go anywhere else for vehicle wraps, signs or getting team shirts done!!! The design work was Great! I get several compliments daily, so thank you again to the staff at designs now.
